Chateau l'Oiseliniere de la Ramee Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine Sur Lie Melon de Bourgogne

Degustation with Delectable friend Byron Hewett and his wife Paulina at Restaurant Dan Arnold in Brisbane. This was the first matching wine, a Muscadet from the Loire Valley. Fresh and grapey. No oak influence, low acid Must drink more Muscadet in the warmer months.

In the words of one of my servers..."Muscadet should be chuggable...but you should still be able to feel it...and it goes great with oysters.

I can think of nothing better than this with fresh oysters. A slight tingle, graceful beyond its price tag.
