Peaches, pears, and grapefruit in the nose. The palate was deeper and more complex, with pears, melons, cream, and a little lemon, spice, flowers, and mint. It had a soft and mild acidity. For me, the minerality was indistinct. With this variety and style I'd prefer it to be more assertive. There also seemed to be a fair amount of residual sugar. This is a good match for Asian food. I had it with soba noodles and dashi sauce, with spicy and salty mustard greens, and roasted salmon with sesame oil.

Great mouthfeel. Tamed citrus aromas from mortar of dried fruits. Great mouthfeel, again, this does not disappoint ,as one would expect from this producer. Yum!
