Decant time 1 hour. Wine is ready to drink now or you can hold it until 2018. 83% Merlot 14% Cab. Franc 3% Cab. Sauvignon. Enjoy 🍷

Dec 19th, 2015On the nose, a lot of oak, new rubber tire, burnt leaves, and dirt. On the tongue, a good bit of sour plum, cherry pit, and blackberry. Would do well with some age.
