Silky tannins and nice acidity round out the red fruit in this excellent left banker. The 42% merlot is really showing through. Could've sat for another 10 years.

Great vintage, great wine. Paired with rack of lamb...of course. Fat of lamb mixed perfectly with blend of grapes and age. Wow!
