Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

From a 14-acre vineyard dominated by Merlot, the main variety in this blend, dark Ruby with aromas of crushed red berry fruits and sweet spice notes. On the palate strawberry and blackberry flavors, tending towards jammy, with notes of cacao, oak and vanilla. Medium finish, fine tannins, ending with oak, vanilla and red fruits.

Killer value, a Lalande de pomerol w some depth- initial nose of stewed cherry and lead pencil evolved into dried lavender, Chai tea, and bitter cacao nibs with a rusty iron background to it. Silky smooth texture.

Nice, bold red that went great with seared steak w/mustard butter. Fruits (plum and cherries) and graphite notes with tannins.

Smooth attack, acidic finish with hints of leather, caramel, and a touch of cherry. Not too big.
