On the feminine side, with classic plum/chocolate/spice character but with the volume and oak turned down a notch, showcasing purity. Delicate tannin, good acidity. Shows it’s 14% very well, 15 year window, my guess. Drinking well after a 4 hour decant.

Probably a little warm to be sipping this guy. Crappy glasses don’t help, either. It’s very drinkable without being memorable. Soft and plush.

Beautiful ruby red rim, cherry, strawberry, red currant on the nose. Very fruity, big plum, violet on the palate. Smooth, med tannin.
