Pairs well with gnocchi ... and I have a witness :-) Medium body, crisp on the tongue. We were feeling a little French and this hit the mark. Restaurant (House of William and Merry) become our go-to place. This wine was their recommendation.

What a marvelous Bordeaux! A berry nose with (heavy, but not overwhelming) alcohol notes. Blackberry taste with a spicy and satisfying finish.
