I'm not a big Sauvignon Blanc fan but I thought this one was pretty good. The nose is understated and floral, but the wine is sharply citric on the tongue. Served cold and with light food it was very nice. Finishes pretty dry. Has a hint of effervescence which makes it more interesting. Overall a better-than-decent wine.

Great melon taste, lemon aroma. Wonderful glass on a hot Summer day! Chilling not needed & it lasts unrefrigerated quite long. I find it better than Nobilo!

Light straw in color with a light golden hue.

Nice nose of white flowers, lemons, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, grass, light gooseberry, minerals and white pepper.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and nice legs. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, citrus, green apples, bitter vegetables, bitter herbs, grass and white pepper.

Short finish with bitter almonds and spices.

This is an average Sauvignon Blanc from Washington State. Simple and too bitter for my taste. Refreshing when very chilled.

Although drinkable, this is not a repeat buy for me.

13% alcohol by volume.

Juicy mandarin oranges bursting with pink grapefruit, drangon fruit, lychee and white pears. Also getting those excellent wheat grass and wet stone characteristics that are true to Sauvignon Blanc. Off-dry / semi-sweet with good acidity. I love me some Sauv Blanc!

Founded in 1934, Chateau Ste. Michelle is the oldest winery in Washington with some of the most mature vineyards in the Columbia Valley. Light yellow with nice bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits. On the palate tart apple with melon and lemon citrus, crisp. Heavy on the acidity ending with earthy mineral and herb grassy tones. Ok, not great.

Grapefruit, zesty lemon and lime, tropical fruits and stones. Very bright and vibrant, bursting with island fruits!

Smell: citrus fruit

Taste: all the flavor of fruits without the excess sweetness. Very good dry taste.
