Vintage 2013 - Tasted and retasted after 48 hours aeration. Both times very good but with air much more smell, hints of honey, flowers. Very high acidity, razorsharp #cheninblanc #savennieres that has much potential for aging. Château Soucherie has a few nice guestrooms. Wine is made under supervision of Thibaud Boudignon.

Good acid and structure but the true profile was starting to show by the last sip, even at 11yo this takes a long, long long time to open up. I kept half a bottle for one day under vacuum cap, and I should’ve just stored it with the cork
