Vintage 2013 - Tasted and retasted after 48 hours aeration. Both times very good but with air much more smell, hints of honey, flowers. Very high acidity, razorsharp #cheninblanc #savennieres that has much potential for aging. Château Soucherie has a few nice guestrooms. Wine is made under supervision of Thibaud Boudignon.

May 6th, 2018Vintage 2010 - a few generations back Savennières was all about sweet wine, but nowadays this is only made in years with the right conditions. This wine blow my head off because it is as good as perfect. Nectar par excellence. #savennieres #meditationwine #cheninblanc Unfortunately, only 300 bottles made.
