Blend mostly Sauv Blanc (90%) with 5% each of Semillon and Sauv Gris, aged 50% new oak. Pale lemon with aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and blossom with oaky notes. Palate flavors of peach, apple and grapefruit citrus with honeysuckle spice. Medium+ length, balanced acidity, ending with a fruit and nutty oaky spice character. Very good!
