If this isn't on your list of white wines to drink all the time then you've got problems. This is so food friendly and just gorgeous. Crisp acids. Full mouth feel. Citrus and orchard fruits.

A diesel second wine, this is the second half after a Coravin tap a few days ago and is much more accessible tonight. Broader, texturally more alive and awake. The finish is perfectly fresh with high driving acidity, fresh, pure lemons, sea salt, and a barely there hint of perfectly integrated oak. 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon from younger vines. If you drink now decant! Yes I said decant a white #wine!

May 8th, 2022Started out with quite luridly. Showing gentle acid and depth. Unfortunately as it opened up it took on characteristics of a oak-aged Chardonnay. Surprising since this consists of Savignon Blanc and Semillion grapes.
