Grand Cru Classé Pessac-Léognan Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Fifth red in flight two for the Bordeaux Master's Class at Heart's Delight with all wines from Pessac-Léognan.

Medium to light garnet red with brick edges. Bret on the nose with barnyard notes, a bit of earthiness, and dried cherries. Medium tannins (5.5/10) and medium tannins. Solid acidity with layers of red cherries, leather, tobacco and gravel. Long finish. Drink till 2023.

Great wine to enjoy with Easter Dinner.

Still has a little life! Nice semillon and sauv blanc blend.

Still crisp and good structure - lots of tannin left. This could go for another 10 years. Lovely wine with and super long caressing finish

Open 30 min. Still ok. Leather. Violets and boysenberry on nose. Sour cherry on mouth probably not much life left
