A great pairing for the Nice menu items and pleasant conversation. Floral bouquet, that light earthiness, and then the acidity and bright berries. C’est magnifique!

We were pleasantly surprised by this rose in France. Its floral bouquet is smooth and delicate - a wonderful dinner pairing. This rose ranked high on the list after extensive rose sampling in southern France.

Very mineral, saline and savory impressions. Not that complex not deep, but highly drinkable, fresh and thirst quenching.

A ripe and juicy example. I would guess this saw a little new oak. Perhaps trying too hard for the international market. But overall this has good lift and pleasant fruit with decent cut
