Good value at $18. Nice deep color with fruity notes. Fair amount of acidity.

70% Merlot/ 30%Cabernet Franc. If 2016 right bank Bordeaux are this good, then buy up. Cedar, blackberry, plum, tart cranberry, red clay, etc. Complete, tannic and young. Not even close to it’s prime drinking window. Put a case in your cellar and watch it bloom. $22 a bottle is a steal.

Blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. Fairly mild tannin suitable for moderately strongly flavored foods (leaner meats and lighter cheeses). Subtle nose and well balanced acid. Quite drinkable even without food. Very reasonable price ($20-30 range).
