2019 vintage. Blaye. Biodynamically farmed. A blend of Sauvignon 45%, Sémillon 45% and Colombard 10%. Light golden. White stone fruit and honey. Very ripe and round, I can see why they've added the Colombard this year (usually it's 50/50 Sauvignon/Sémillon).A wise decision to add acidity to the blend, in order to keep the fatness in check. Well-done and as usual one of the best whites in Blaye.

Almost smells a bit musty on the nose, and full of minerals. It surprises you with a strong sour green apple candy flavor when you taste, with medium-high acid and the tiniest hint of bubbles across your tastebuds. Yum.
