Vintage 2004 - á Point - this wine has real présence: smooth taste with impressions of tobacco and chocolate.

A long underperforming 5th growth, that has undergone critical investments and seen dramatic turn around. Now under the same ownership/management as Lilian Ladouys.

Notas de oxidación y evolución, pero agradable, cercano a un jerez... Pero ya plano en boca.

Took a while to open up but was true to character when it did. #msclassic

Tastes like a really delicious Chianti Classico. Which is weird. I think it needs time.

Deep ruby in color with a pink rim.

Medium intensity on the nose with black fruits, blackberries, plums , cloves and oak.

Full bodied and very smooth with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with strawberries, blackberries, black pepper, earth, plums and cherries.

Long finish with round tannins.

What a nice Grand Cru classé from Bordeaux, that would be even nicer in 10 years.

13% alcohol by volume.

Very nice blend of new and old world styles. Racy red fruits both on the nose and palate, classic paulliac oak and dust on the nose with sweet oak, black licorice, and earl grey smoke on the palate. Long finish. Nice.

Bright acid, dark fruit, damp earth. Modern, playful.
