Tokaji Furmint

Pale yellow white, very good clarity. Floral-honeysuckle nose, pineapple and lemon flavors, almost tart. Honey on finish but dryish overall. Great for food, fine as apéritif after 30 minutes as acidity mellows

Hungary! More like Hungry trying to figure out what to snack on with this soft & tasty guy. Makes me want Paprikash.....

Finally a Tokaj for me. This one Is on the dry side - perfect with Hungarian appetizers in Budapest.
