Vintage 2006 | Tasted blind, pop and pour, every taster thought it to be a wine from the Jura, because of clear oxidative characteristics. Some tasters dislike this: acquired taste. After 24 hours aeration I drank the leftover from the bottle with a risotto with zuchini, sweet paprika and calamari. The wine showed an awesome balance and refinement. The oxidative thing became a very light impression.

First go with the white. Not sure I have the vocabulary, but this was a super interesting wine. Waxy smooth, complex.
