Tangerine/orange peel aromatics with strong notes of lemongrass and wet stone. It’s dry but not acidic. Green strawberries and limes. very salinic. I love Provence roses that taste like a brackish creek bed and this checks those boxes.

Whoa fun! Something savory underlies the ocean current of seashell red berries of various types married to stone fruits like underripe peach. Supes solid grocery store buy. I’d do it at least a couple times if it was good in the glass (it was). Mmmm. M.
