Surprisingly sharp palate, considering it's been in bottles for six years. A touch of green melon, dominated by lemon-lime acid and finishing a touch herbal.

Very nice colour, bouquet is fruity but subtle, good body, balanced acidity, dry with very nice finish that ends with grapefruit and cantaloupe flavour... I really enjoyed that finessed crisp finish... went well with a leek and blue cheese quiche
