Well balanced carmenere from Chile. Dark fruit upfront with nice acidity that then turns to silky tannins. Some earthy tones but not tons. Very long finish.

Had it with a pork tenderloin. Quite tasty. Less peppery than I've had with other carmenere. Darker berries.
