1962 Grand Vin Leoville Las Cases. Drank with roast chicken during Quarantine. Amazing. Decanted and served immediately. Almost no sediment. DELICIOUS! Very balanced. Blind, would’ve guessed ‘90s Cal Cabernet. Absolutely delicious. Green onion, vegetal notes on the front, with plum and dark cherry notes second (with a finish of slight vanilla), and a long finish. No harsh tannins, but a very subtle, long finish.
