Pears and apples leap from the glass. Great acidity which carries a kaleidoscope of flavors like a raft on a river.

Bruised apple, pear, honeyed, orange. Nice depth, fabulous with Vermont cloth bound cheddar as the starter.

My first White Bordeaux. 100% Sémillon from a winery that's been making it this way for 600 years. Apples & pears, but more savory than sweet. Very interesting & unusual.
