This fell somewhere between an old Burgundy and an even older new world Syrah (made me think of a old Alban Edna). Stinky but alluring nose, so much going on I couldn’t really capture it all. My head was spinning a bit (last wine of night but it was exceptional, new for me). Mon Lapin (and Vanya if she’s there…) essential for any wino/foodie visit to Montreal!

A little funky upfront, but blew off. Great clarity and garnet color. Much lighter in body and appearance than anticipated. Mostly earthy notes on the nose. Solid wine.

Ripe red fruit, forest floor and that kind of muddy, chocolatey thing you get with Bordeaux sometimes, a bit of Bret as well. Organic/bio dynamic. Vineyard is circled by vines whose only duty is to protect the inner vines from surrounding vineyards who use pesticides. #asp

Right bank soul and soil in the mouth feel with deep darker fruit compote but balance we with spices and some leather like funk. Under appreciated wine.

not the fresh fruit but well aged fruit( black cherry, black berry, ) , slight spicy, leather, game flavur, m+ body m acidity long length soft long tannin vary complexity aroma Nice balance perfectly !
