Much lighter bodied in style than most WA Syrahs. Bit of funk upfront on the nose and palate, with some pepper in the middle, and a jammy finish. Very young. — 6 years ago
A little funky upfront, but blew off. Great clarity and garnet color. Much lighter in body and appearance than anticipated. Mostly earthy notes on the nose. Solid wine. — 6 years ago
Great ruby color. Light to medium bodied with a big mid palate punch. Loads of rose petals with some dried strawberries and a hint of pepper/spice. — 7 years ago
“Dude” is right. 350 cases, and this is a real gem. Great purple to ruby color with an intense floral nose. Amazing balance with good acidity and a bit of pepper. — 6 years ago
Phenomenal cerise and mauve color. Bright nose at opening with lots of floral and violet notes. Still some great structure and soft tannins; deep black cherries, but more raisin and black currant characters after 30 minutes. Well balanced and great finish. — 7 years ago
Showing beautifully with plenty of life left. Still young with lots bright red fruits. Strong cherry with some hints of tobacco, leather, and blackcurrant. Chewy and a long finish.
