May 21st, 2014OMG - Bordeaux from Margaux - amazing fruit, beautiful mid palette and amazing finish that includes tobacco, cassis and a hint of olive / artichoke heart. Beautiful even a few years after its prime. Not surprising with Bordeaux in general, but good years definitely do shine!!

Tres beau Lascombes 2000, nez bordelais, café, tabac, cigare, une touche florale. En bouche, c’est bien équilibré, quand meme frais et délicat, on retrouve des saveurs similaires, cafe, cedre, tabac. Les tannins sont droit et ca donne une belle structure! J’ai bien aimé, il ne s’est pas rendu au jour #2....
