One of the most amazing noses I've ever experienced. Wet leaves, forest floor. Once it opened up, turned to wet bark. Fairly dry, ironically. Bold but reserved. This is a wine full of contradictory character. Unfortunately, the nose was a bit of a tease. The wine never fully opened up to its olfactory promise.
