Yellow gold. Vibrant in the glass. Rich nose. Notes of apricot and mango, honey, tan spice and some pineapple. Fruity and rich in the mouth. Decent finish.

Delicious dessert wine, this Sauternes from 2009 is just starting is life with lovely notes if dry pineapple, dry apricot, honey, citrus, candid orange and a touch of mineral, rich , creamy texture, sweet yet with lovely acidity. Delicious sweet finish. My score 90, drink to 2032

The closest I’ve ever been to having Chateau La Tour, ha! Young, dense and compact. Very bright fruits of pineapple and white peach on the nose and palate with a nectarine style finish. Not quite honeyed at this stage. Nice @Dan Fitzgerald
