Medium staining and tears, very dark purple... aromas black cherry black berry hints of vanilla notes of cedar and oak bit of funk.. Minimal tannin some green other notes come thru...

Tart cranberry and blackberry jam with dusty minerality, good acid, and short puckering finish. Aromas of red and black fruits, mushroom, and tar. No hint of oak anywhere,....fresh and vibrant. Would go nice with lightly seasoned beef dishes.
