Saturday night and I have opened the 2011 Château Haut Peyruguet Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle. 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Semillon and 25% Muscadelle.
The nose reveals notes of peach, pear, guava, apple, ginger, spice, saffron, honeysuckle and mineral notes.
On the palate there is lime, green apple, pear, nectarine, lemongrass, dill and wet concrete.
This wine is medium in body with medium + acidity that leads into a long clean crisp finish. Hope you all have a continued good weekend and be sure to be safe. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂

Flavors of the above mentioned citrus fruits as well as green melon, mango and minerals. Long, clean and zesty finish. Light bodied with well balanced acidity. Vibrant and elegant.
