Mature aromas of red fruit, saddle leather, dried leaves. Crisp red raspberry, baking spice, dried leaf flavors. Very nuanced. Great for the money. Not much Pauillac available at this price

Plenty of mineral on the nose; silky tannins, reserved fruit, bramble; dried sage as it opens up

I’m pretty ignorant about Bordeaux and don’t drink it much, but this one is really hitting the spot. Floral aromatics, delicate acidity, red berry, nice grip and just the right amount of tannins. Long finish with dried herbs.

Jade tasting.
Vegetal notes. And now a bit of pepper. Wow this is a fun wine. And for a 2010.

Really fine Bordeaux. Decanted for 8 hours and the licorice and tobacco rally comes out nicely. In true Bordeaux fashion the fruits are secondary, if not tertiary. Really just great. A bit of acidity though I will say after all the decanting, and the tannins are still present but I presume they will go after 5 or 10 years. It is a really splendid Bordeaux though for what it's worth especially.

Good “value” for ‘10! Dark fruit, still slightly green stalky tannins but it opens up after a while and it’s approachable. Good length!

Very drinkable and classically styled. Middleweight. Cassis, briar, cannabis nose. Round, tart berry palate with dense tannins in finish but little bitterness. This reminded me of how much good wine in Bordeaux goes basically unknown and unnoticed.
