Château Haut-Brion
Graves Red Bordeaux Blend

The perfect sipper to celebrate/mourn dear friends moving back to Paris. Once it opens up, it's simply spectacular.

Touch green, but classic 83, firm on the palate and slightly light back palate

Green herbaceous notes of celery seed, morning dew grass, fresh uncut chervil, tarragon, thyme, white pepper, whole white mushrooms, faint yellow florals, wet river stones, touch of vanilla and damp cedar. Could go another 20-30 easy.

‘82 shmeighty-two! This wine is awesome. Stout, full bodied, dark red fruit, leather and tobacco. I just wish there was some left over to see how it would evolve over 24hrs.
