A thanksgiving wine, very full body, creamy, barrel isn’t too overt.

Stone fruit aromas of peaches and apricots. Touch of minerals, not too much acidity. Easy drinking on its own or with food.

Slight herb. Rich but a bit stimulation to my throat. Green apple, peach. Sweetness is showing up. 2019 @900, chateau -, 230113-230122

NYE line up - no notes. Smooth and creamy and oaky and very very good for 13 Euro. Wow a true epiphany. Sauternes great houses know how to make delicious white Bordeaux

Grassy, a little tropical, delicious.

Slight smoke and butter, vegetal/pickle. Round, mild with low acidity.

Medium lemon color
Light apple skin, pear, grapefruit pith, grass aromas.
Dry, medium acid, medium alcohol, medium body. Light flavor intensity, characteristics same as aromas, but the pith bitterness stands out. The body is much more soft on the palate than the bright aromas would lead you to think.

Light, breathy. Ate with sweet turkey. Would be better with more savory

This white has some heft and a creamier feel. Notes of green apple, stoney and white peach. Some minerality and acidity make this a very drinkable Bordeaux Blanc wine.
