Lots of forest floor, red berries. Classic Loire Cab Franc. Chewy, silky all the right notes for a Chinon. Lovely wine.

Inky purple, flowers, palate cleansing freshness and grippy finish. Great with a cream sauce, a lighter meat or cheese. Would repeat!

Wow is this floral. Insane. Almost rose water like. So fragrant/perfumed. Palate is chewy but really bridges brawn and beauty. There’s definite tannin, pepper, dried berries and then herbs, dried flowers, and just pleasure! I’ve never had a chinon like this. Love it!
