Pale clear straw colour with subtle aromas of apple, pear, honey, melon and some white flower. Light body with a crisp acidity. On the palate, pear, apple, lemongrass, orange with some minerality and wet clay on the short-medium finish. Versatile wine, almost like a pinot grigio but with more acidity.
