Yellow. Vanilla-ish. Aged. Confusing that front label says 2016 and back label says 2015. Goes with porc & summer salads. 4/8-2019

Jul 21st, 2017Lots of stony minerality on the nose with aromas of citrus, apricot and a bit of honey & petrol starting to come through. There's some weight on the palate though with some definite acidity and mineral backbone.

Not too sweet at all. Having it a bit warm, but subtle citrus and tropical. Even some light vanilla?
