enjoyed 12/6/21. subdued nose. past it’s prime but still quite good. it’s at the top of a downhill slope.

A staple! High acid, rich, and still so refreshing. Simple, food wine at its best!

Yellow. Vanilla-ish. Aged. Confusing that front label says 2016 and back label says 2015. Goes with porc & summer salads. 4/8-2019

Помело, известь, ананас, железо, пепел. Высокая кислотность. Чисто, сочно, строго, но чуток разваливается со временем.

Lots of stony minerality on the nose with aromas of citrus, apricot and a bit of honey & petrol starting to come through. There's some weight on the palate though with some definite acidity and mineral backbone.

Don't drink much Reisling, but I like this fairly well. Dry, unripe peach, ferns

2011, Chateau D'Orschwihr, Bollenberg Riesling, Alsace. Lots of acid, Meyer's Lemon and ripe apricot. A little residual sugar.

Not too sweet at all. Having it a bit warm, but subtle citrus and tropical. Even some light vanilla?
