Massive citrus, white peach, litchi fruit opener, with a long somewhat acidic finish. Very unique white Bordeaux. Not sure the minerals and the lime suit me. This could pair with spicy appetizers and or dessert. My notes say this is a 100% Sauv Blanc and no Semillion.
