Guess what, stop worrying about the "fresh factor" in rose. I get it, I love the brand new stuff, but don't be scared of the back vintages. This is a 2012 and it still has very pretty fruit and vibrancy.

Love this rosé...classic Provence. Delicate floral notes, red fruits, melon. Medium-plus acidity, dry + mineral-driven finish.

Pale, copper color. Medium intense aromas of strawberries and dried herbs. Medium + intensity and body with pronounced flavors of elderflower, honey, strawberry, and hints of sage and elderflower. Refreshing acidity and a medium finish. Great wine for the last days of summer (or everyday in Bangkok!)

Was light pink in color. Smelled like citrus fruits, pineapple. Tasted like grapefruit.

Jun 18th, 2023Mineral nose. Soft fruit (can’t figure out what, strawberry?), finishing has the soft bitterness of white currant. How nice acidity! Very fine balance of acidity and soft tannins.
