Chateau Dereszla
Dry Tokaji Furmint Blend
If I were to taste this blind I’d guess Loire Sauvignon, such is the fresh, lean and vibrant profile of this Tokaji Furmint. Apple, lime, peach and blossom notes are graced with a highly mineral finish. This is drinking very well now at five years of age. Not my kind of white, but a great accompaniment to seafood pasta.

Medium gold. Pronounced aromas of pineapple, banana, tinned peaches, possibly lychee. Really enjoy the smell. Medium - acid , full body, 13%. Medium + finish. Peach stone, slight banana, pineapple again, all fairly prominent. Definitely tropical fruit dominated. All in all an interesting wine and worth tasting.
