Kept evolving in the glass, and then the bottle was gone.. Herbs de Provence, rustic/bright fruit, nice acid, med bodied, incense, fennel, plum/dried cherry/pomegranate, smoke, with minerality throughout. Wow, I need to get some of this..

Two days later it was jubilation. The bells pealing. People dance, kiss. We run amid the crowds looking for a jeep full of vintners throwing handfuls of peppered berries. 

Interesting blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvedre. Fruit forward, pepper undertones.

Rich Blackberry, earth, bit of pepper and spice.

Already very interesting at a young age; will buy a case to keep trying it over the next couple of years. Definitely worth the money (€5.50 in notoriously expensive Brussels supermarkets), so no need to hesitate on this one.

Nice juicy red wine with blackberry & black cherry notes. Racing tannins in the finish. Fantastic with pan seared pork chops.

Aroma is fruity and slightly acidic with dark berry and spice notes. Light bodied, earthy, slightly sweet with currant and spice notes.

Good
