Broad start, drying coating tannins with sharp-tart acidity.
Needs food.

Very nice at cool cellar temp, we enjoyed in the evening in Kauai. Well balanced and refreshing.

Dec 27th, 2016Started out with lots of earthy tonalities: mushrooms, forest, dirt, and healthy minerality. Time gave it more focused strawberry fruit and dialed acidity. Balanced stages of finesse. Great complexity and versatility. Nose showed elegance. Regional Bourgogne at its best. Happy Thanksgiving! Cheers!
