Started showing up after 30 minutes. White flowers and a touch of citrus. These guys are proud of their wines and they price them accordingly. Thy again next year.

There is no question that this Clairette is a nice white wine, especially after 45 minutes of air. But is it worth the same price as a Condrieu, Hermitage, or top Cotes de Beaune? I think not. Nice light white flavors to start, followed by a creamy finish. A good choice with mild food like broiled fish or sushi. But too expensive for what it is.
