Saint-Amour Gamay

Thanksgiving. Brettanomyces getting the upper hand, robbing fruit and making it old before its time.

Nice combination of funk and carbonique fruit.

This full Beaujolais wine is from the Saint Amour cru. It smells earthy and grapey with a note of smoke and tastes bold and full. The dark fruit is almost jammy and there’s a splash of tartness that fills the gap. The wine has a delightful acidity and a firm set of tannins.

Cola, dried raspberry & strawberry with clay

Easy to drink. Fruity but dry.

Intense berry fruit and rose on the nose, smooth and luscious. This is an exceptionally well balanced from the excellent 2105 vintage.

Ok, this was beautiful. I loved it. A nice fruity red with bursts of cherry and strawberry. Yum.

Beautiful dark raspberry color with smells of cherries, vanilla, and red berries. On the mouth, astringent, light viscosity, and distinctive minerality.
