Medium Ruby with pure red fruit on the youthful nose, adding floral aromas. On the palate, this dry red has flavors of cherry and strawberry with a bit of licorice. Medium+ acidity with fine soft tannins, good balance on medium finish, ending with fruit and mineral notes.

A monopole out of negociant Antonin rodet. Honeyed straw colour with a lightly caramel nose. Refreshing and refined lemon, caramel and honey taste. Nice! And very good value versus bigger names from burgundy. Can also heartily recommend a visit to their cellar door, the staff at which made it one of the most inviting and accommodating we have ever been to.

Hints of chalk and apple on the nose. The apple notes carry through the pallet along with a marzipan note. Chalky mouthfeel with accentuates the beautiful freshness and texture. Elegant! Thank you Kase for sharing this one.

Tasted in 2016: White flowers, lavendar, minerals, peaches, melon, nectar. Not as good as the St. Aubin but still a very good Chardonnay.
