Almost perfect sauvignon blanc. Pear and gooseberry with note of some pepper. But it's a delicate wine. And mineral ( drinking it it's like licking a wet stone).

Pairs well with Stone Crab. Very nice conversation Sauvignon Blanc. It is more subtle than New Zealand SBs but with more complexity. I will buy more to keep on hand.
