Not a grand cru but close to. Oxydative notes meanwhile being fresh, with good acidity and butter & "brioche" taste. Long in the palate, not as much as a Montrachet. Very good bottle.

10 Maltroye La Dent de Chien: colour w development, oxidative handling evident'; cx bouquet of white flowers, sulphide , ripe yellow stone fruit; a white wine that should be drunk like a red wine. Temperature needs to be much warmer than one would normally serve a white wine at. This is powerful serieux white burgundy, grand Cru in all but name. Excellent full-bodied attack, full bodied and rich middle palate, leads to powerful lingering finish. Excellent
