Vintage 2016 / Vibrant wine with expressive smell, minerals and vanilla in taste. Put some bottles in the cellar, see how it wil develop. / Paired with Mexican Taco’s.

Appearance - Pale Gold

Nose - Medium Intensity of Floral Notes, Citrus and Minerals.

Palate - Dry. Medium High Acidity. Low Tannin. Low Alcohol. Medium Body. Medium Intensity of Citrus Fruit, Apples, and a hint of Vanilla. Long Finish with grapefruit flavours.

Conclusion - Very Good Quality Wine.

Tropical fruit, vanilla, and mineral. Medium, but lingering acid.

To me this wine has a complete absence of any bad qualities, but it doesn't proactively have any great qualities. It's very dry, extremely drinkable, but no big flavors jump out at me.
