Dusty, graphite, doesn’t smell right bank. Nice body and resolve. Fading after 4hrs. Drink now.

Past peak. Some interesting earthy notes and touches of fruit. The structure was barley intact and everything was lost after 5 minutes in the glass. #chevalblanc #sainttemilion #bordeaux

Plummy fruit still apparent with notes of fresh earth very soft and silky with a bit of oxidation bit Nicky balanced within a smooth silky texture. Finish 35+ very good +

'75 right bank ftw. Youthful, fresh, complex. No complaints.

I opened this wine on 3/17/2013 for my new born son's homecoming dinner. this 37 years + wine is incredibly structure. The color of course is brownish but surprisingly clear with very little sentiment. The nose is spicy and oaky. On the tongue, a youthful peppery spicy follow by a caramel and almond note. 1/2 an hour later, the spice soften up, the almond note and a hint of slight burn sugar is in perfect balance. It could probably hold up for a few more year but it is a great time to open it.
