Tried it at a tasting and bought two for cellar. Legendary wine, said that in the 18th century was introduced to Sultan of Constantinople's palace b/c of its clarity and called "mineral water from Carbonnieux", defying Islamic law. Pale lemon-green with pronounce aromas of tropical and stone fruits with herb notes. On the palate flavors of melon, mango, apple, green peppers and a crisp mineral edge. Medium+ length, balanced acidity, ending with a fruit, citrus mineral character. Nice, will age.

Pale Lemon in colour. Muted aromas of citrus but with time Lemon cream. Oak is perfectly balanced giving a creamy nuance on the palate finishing with a nice cleansing acidity. A blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon. Not overly complex but is an excellent summer time white. Short term drinking.

Very sleek and elegant, beautifully integrated oak. Slightly reductive notes of slate, hazelnuts, celery seed, white peach and key lime. Wonderful mineral flourishes in a very fresh style.

A bit too cold and probably too young. After some additional air it started to reveal its qualities. Looks like a promising wine

Nice white Bordeaux. 80% Sauvignon blanc and 20% semillon; I think I like a bit more semillon for the texture. Light straw in the glass. Very nice honeysuckle and lime, quite tasty.
